Note thstvtgevsane system is used in the e60 5 Series and there's always more info about the 5 Series. If you want to go googling the issue further. Finally, the screen itself is not your issue here, the CCC is the unit with the CD and DVD flours in it. It's actually 5 units in one, it's the brains of iDrive.

However, neither will your SOS Call System, and iDrive will complain about that, so I doubt that's the problem. -Will.
2004 530i e60-----Does anyone have any ideas here? iDrive and radio/cd/dvd don't work and is a black screen. No glitches on screen. Just completely black. Replaced MPM --didn't work. Checked fuses --all fine/not blown. Just wondering if there's some other component that might need to be check. A little history:
